No hidden line items.
No surprises at pickup.
The quoted price covers delivery, setup, scheduled servicing, and final removal. Standard and ADA units both include the same service package. The only variables are unit count and rental duration.
Delivery and setup
The crew places and levels every unit at the exact coordinates your site super or event contact specifies. Units are positioned, anchored where required, and confirmed clean before the driver leaves.
Scheduled pump service
Multi-week rentals include weekly pump and resupply visits. We arrive during the agreed service window, pump the tank, restock tissue and hand sanitizer, and wipe down surfaces. You get a consistent schedule, not a vague arrival range.
Stocked on arrival
Every unit ships with a full tissue roll, hand sanitizer dispenser, and deodorizer block already installed. There is no checklist to verify before the first worker or guest uses the unit.
Pickup on your schedule
When the project wraps or the event ends, call or email and we collect within the agreed window. No extra fees for standard removal. Long-term rentals extend one call at a time.

Standard unit features
- Hand sanitizer and deodorizer block pre-loaded
- Interior wiped and sanitized before delivery
- Venturi vent stack on every standard unit
- Translucent roof panel for natural light inside
- Non-slip floor surface standard
- Privacy latch on door — no exterior padlock required
ADA units add a 60-inch turning radius, grab bars, and a lower seat height per ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Request ADA units at no extra setup fee.
Unit comparison
Standard Unit vs. ADA-Accessible Unit
Both unit types include full delivery, weekly servicing, and pickup. The table below covers the dimensions, compliance features, and capacity differences that affect which unit fits your site requirements.
OSHA requirement
OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires one toilet per 20 workers for construction sites. Ask us to calculate the right count for your crew size.
How the rental works
From Quote to Removal in Four Steps
The whole process runs through one point of contact. No dispatch limbo, no account portals. A call starts it, a call ends it.
Request a Quote
Call (402) 571-7809 or submit the online form. Give us the delivery address, unit count, rental start date, and how long you need them. We respond with confirmed pricing the same day for most Omaha-metro locations.
Confirm Your Delivery Window
Once you approve the quote, we lock in a delivery window and send a confirmation with the driver's name and estimated arrival time. You get a real contact, not a ticketing system. Site supers and event coordinators can coordinate directly.
Delivery, Setup, and Service Visits
Units arrive clean, stocked, and level. The crew positions each unit where you specify and checks every latch and vent before leaving. On multi-week rentals, scheduled pump and resupply visits happen on the day and window we agreed to.
Final Removal on Your Timeline
When the project wraps or the event ends, one call or message triggers the removal. We pick up within the agreed window with no extra charges for standard removal. Units can be extended week-by-week if the job runs long.

Waste tank capacity
Each standard unit holds 60 gallons, sized for a full week of construction traffic or a high-attendance outdoor event without mid-day overflow.
Service frequency option
High-use sites can move to twice-weekly pump service. Construction crews running multiple shifts or festivals with 500 or more attendees per day routinely need this. Ask when you quote.
Delivery availability
Calls placed before 10 a.m. on weekdays qualify for same-day delivery across Omaha, Bellevue, and Papillion. Weekend same-day is available depending on route capacity.
Minimum rental period
Short-term event rentals start at 72 hours. Weekend festivals, graduation parties, and backyard gatherings all qualify. Multi-month construction rentals bill weekly.

Omaha metro delivery
Every unit placed, leveled, and confirmed clean before the driver leaves your site.
Our drivers cover Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Millard, Elkhorn, and Council Bluffs on regular daily routes. Most deliveries within the Omaha metro take 30 to 60 minutes on site. The driver positions each unit, checks the latch and vent, confirms the sanitizer dispenser is loaded, and marks the placement on the service schedule before leaving.
Construction site delivery coordinates with your site super. Event delivery times are confirmed 24 hours in advance so the units are in place before any setup crew or early vendors arrive. If the schedule slips, call the office and we reroute the truck.
Before you order
Four Things That Determine the Right Order
Getting these right before you call means the quote comes back accurate and the units show up correct on day one.
Guest Count and Unit Ratio
- Industry standard: 1 unit per 50 guests for events up to 8 hours
- Add 1 unit per additional 50 guests, or if service is 8 or more hours
- Construction sites: 1 unit per 10 workers on long shifts
- High-traffic concerts and festivals: tighten ratio to 1:40 or better
- Consider hand-washing station add-ons when guest count tops 200
Undercounting units is the most common ordering mistake. A short unit shortage at an event is visible and frustrating for attendees.
Event Duration and Service Frequency
- Single-day events under 8 hours: standard fill level is sufficient
- Multi-day festivals: negotiate pump visits each morning before gates open
- Week-long construction rentals include one scheduled service visit
- Hot-weather events consume supplies faster — build in a buffer
- Minimum rental starts at 72 hours; week-to-week billing for longer jobs
For weekend-only construction schedules, Friday delivery and Monday pickup is available across most Omaha-metro routes.
Site Accessibility for Delivery
- Standard truck needs a 10-foot wide clear path to place units
- Ground must support a loaded service truck after rain
- Units should sit within 100 feet of the truck access point
- Confirm gate widths for fenced job sites before booking
- Slope over 5 percent affects unit stability — flag it when you request a quote
Photos or a site address sent ahead of delivery let the driver plan placement before arriving and cut delivery time by half.
ADA Requirements and Compliance
- Federal law requires accessible facilities at public events and job sites
- ADA units measure 5 ft. wide x 7 ft. 8 in. long — account for the footprint
- Position ADA unit on the flattest, firmest ground available
- At least 60 inches of clear approach space on the latch side is required
- Handrail, grab bar, and low-threshold floor are included in our ADA unit
When in doubt, order one ADA unit per 10 standard units for covered compliance on events open to the public.
Pricing transparency
Six Variables That Move Your Quote
No two jobs quote the same. These are the levers. Knowing them before you call means the quote takes three minutes instead of ten.

Our trucks run daily routes Monday through Saturday. Every vehicle carries spare supplies so service visits never end early because a restocking item ran out.
Unit count
More units on a single route reduces the per-unit rate. Orders of four or more units at the same address qualify for volume pricing. Call with your count and we work the numbers.
Rental duration
Weekly billing cycles apply to construction rentals. A 30-day job costs less per day than a one-week job. Event rentals under 72 hours bill at a flat event rate.
Service frequency
Standard weekly service is included in every quote. Twice-weekly service for high-use sites adds a line item. You set the frequency at booking, not mid-rental.
ADA unit mix
ADA units carry no setup surcharge. The per-unit rental rate is higher than a standard unit due to size and weight, but delivery and service are included at the same rate.
Site accessibility
Tight gates, long access roads, or soft ground can add a placement fee. Flag site constraints when you request a quote so we can give you an accurate number.
Delivery distance
Omaha metro addresses fall within our standard delivery zone. Jobs outside Bellevue, Papillion, and Council Bluffs may carry a mileage fee — typically $15 to $40 for most Douglas and Sarpy County locations.
